Impossible d'ouvrir applications après mise à jour

bonjour à tous


j'ai un énorme problème

matériel: macbook unibody 2011 2,4ghz core 2 duo 2G de ram DDR3
osx lion 10.7 provenant d'un autre compte itunes que le mien (mais pas piraté)

le problème je n'arrive plus à ouvrir les applications safari mail appstore........ depuis que j'ai fait les dernières mise à jour notamment safari 5.1.2

Màj du programme interne de l'EFI du macbook version 2.1 (la mise à jour apparait 3 fois dans l'affichage des logiciel installé) j'ai essayé de revenir à la version 2.0 mais il me dit que ce n'est pas fait pour ce mac alors que le mac est bien un macbook 7.1 (mi-2010)

Simple suggestion : tenter de réparer les autorisations avec l'utilitaire de disque. Si Onyx est installé et tourne, ne pas hésiter à faire un peu de ménage.

Alors, il faut fouiller dans les applications et voir à qui elles appartiennent, ou plus exactement qui y a accès et dans quelles conditions

La mise à jour de l'EFI a été chargée trois fois, dis-tu
= l'as-tu bien effectuée en lançant l'utilitaire de mise à jour (que tu trouves dans Applications > Utilitaires) ? et elle s'est bien passée jusqu'au bout ?


As-tu essayé de lancer une des trois applications en 32 bits (par la fenêtre de ses Informations : Cmd-i) ?
= le 64 bits semble malade.

As-tu la possibilité de réinstaller rapidement ton Lion (avec une sauvegarde de l'installeur que tu aurais pensé à te ménager) ?
= tu sembles avoir des extensions Apple qui se sont corrompues.

je ne sais pas si la mise à jour s'est bien déroulé ce n'est pas moi qui l'ai fait.

effectivement en 32bit cela fonctionne. n'y a t'il pas un moyen de corriger le problème au lieu de faire une restauration du système car si je réinstalle lion il va tout effacer il ne vas pas uniquement réparer ?

Tu peux vérifier si la mise à jour de l'EFI s'est bien terminée et enregistrée
en passant par Finder > Aller > Aller au dossier (Cmd-Maj-G) = /private/var/db/receipts

pour y chercher s'il existe bien deux fichiers nommés com.apple.pkg.MacBookProEFIUpdate. …



Sous Lion comme en 10.6, relancer l'installeur n'efface rien de tes données et applis
(pour faire une "clean reinstall", il faut préalablement Effacer le disque avec Utilitaire de Disque),

et il y a de bonnes chances que ce soit la solution logicielle.

D'autres pistes :

- faire un Apple Hardware Test en mode prolongé : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1509?viewlocale=fr_FR&locale=fr_FR

- vérifier que tous tes logiciels tiers sources d'extensions sont bien à jour
= tu peux les lister avec la commande

kextstat  |  grep  -iv  apple

Mais je reste très perplexe devant une perte du 64 bits après une mise à jour de l'EFI. :hein:

Celui qui a fait la mise à jour n'en a pas profité pour installer un add-on affectant les connexions internet ?
