J'aimerais avoir l'avis voire l'explication de certains quant à ce qui suit.

Jusqu'à aujourd'hui le démarrage et l'arrêt de mon MBP devenaient de plus en plus longs. Un petit peu frustrant dans la mesure où j'ai monté un SSD dedans... A la 'clean install' que j'ai faite il y a 5 mois, la machine démarrait et s'arrêtait à des allures folles. Avec le temps je comprends que ces délais s'allongent un peu mais j'ai les mêmes applications depuis le début et donc rien n'a changé (à l'exception des updates). Je me dis qu'il n'y a pas de raison que ma machine perde autant de vélocité. D'autant plus qu'à l'utilisation, mon MBP est des plus agréables.

Au démarrage une fois la pomme grise affichée, la petite roue de 'chargement' tourne durant une bonne vingtaine de seconde. A l'arrêt, un fond bleu avec cette même petite roue est présent pendant 15 à 20 secondes. Ces roues sont apparues environ 2ou 3 mois après l'installation neuve.

J'ai fait pas mal de recherches sur le sujet et j'ai essayé à peu près tout ce qui est conseillé dans ce cas :

- Onyx (toutes opérations que ce soft peut offrir : caches, permissions, scripts, reconstructions...),
- Défragmentation du disque,
- J'ai supprimé VMWare avec son utilitaire ainsi que deux ou trois applications que je n'utilise plus,
- Réparation des permissions depuis le DVD de SL.

Bref, tout était réuni pour que mon MBP tourne à merveille comme aux premiers jours (après installation du SSD bien sûr...). Seulement, le démarrage et l'arrêt étaient toujours aussi lents. Ma machine est éteinte dès que je ne m'en sers plus, à savoir presque tous les soirs.

Puis j'ai eu une idée (ça arrive...) : créer un second compte (le mien étant l'admin). Aussi tôt après la création, je me log dessus et j'arrête la machine : en tout juste une seconde elle est éteinte. Je me reviens sur ma session (admin), même délai d'extinction. Je remarque également que le délai de démarrage s'est un petit peu amélioré (gain de 5 secondes) mais la roue qui tourne est toujours présente.

Je cherche à comprendre ce qui s'est passé pour le délai d'extinction redevenu normal. Quelqu'un le saurait-il? Et comment pourrais-je raccourcir le temps de démarrage? :)

Auparavant j'ai essayé un reset de la PRAM et du SMC sans succès...

Tu peut essayé de faire une réparation du disque.

Pour ce faire démarre sur le dvd ou un clone.

Le technicien d'Apple m'a conseiller de le faire au moins une fois par mois.

PS : Ne jamais défragmenter un SSD, active simplement la fonction TRIM

Avec la défragmetation tu vas tuer ton SSD.

Oui c'est vrai que je ne l'ai jamais fait. Je teste ça.

Concernant la défragmentation, je le fais une fois par an (comme mon ancien disque mécanique) et vu ce que j'écris dessus (rien au niveau des fichers persos, il n'y a que le système et les caches) ça devrait aller. Le TRIM n'est pas disponible (c'est un M225 de chez Crucial).
 
La réparation du disque n'a rien donné. Cette roue est-elle présente chez tout le monde? Il me semble que je ne l'avais pas au début...

Pour le patch, j'avais lu mes commentaires et les résultats sont assez aléatoires visiblement, c'est pourquoi à l'époque je n'avais pas franchi le pas. A voir si l'outil à été amélioré!
 
Certain on eu des soucis, c'est vrai avec le patch.

Moi en l'occurence ça a bien marcher.

Mais le TRIM n'améliore pas les performances. Sont rôle est des conserver les performances d'origine le plus longtemps possible.

Le but de cette instruction est de maintenir la vitesse du SSD tout au long de sa vie, évitant le ralentissement que les premiers modèles rencontraient une fois que toutes les cellules étaient écrites au moins une fois.

Les algorithmes de répartition de données sur SSD sont fait pour éviter que ce soit tout le temps les même cellule qui soit écrite. La défragmentation régulière d&#8217;un SSD risque de faire écrire tout le temps sur les même cellules les données. Et donc réduire la durée de vie du SSD.

Peut être donc un ralentissement du système du a des cellules endommagé.

As tu fait des test Bench lorsque ton système marchais bien ?

Si oui essaye d'en refaire et de comparer les résultat.

Sinon une autre piste :

As tu des disque dur branché ? As tu récemment copié des fichier ? ( peut être corrompu )

Si tel est le cas, tu peut essayé de redémarrer en maintenant la touche shift ( démarrage sans extension ) avec au préalable le débranchement total de tes périphérique.

Une fois le redémarrage en mode sans extension, redémarre ton ordi normalement

Pour finir, dans le moniteur d'activité que dis le processus : Kernel Task ?
 
Ca y est, le patch est installé et mon SSD Trimé!

Non je n'ai jamais fais de bench et oui actuellement tous les disques sont débranchés. Mon MBP sert de "source" pour la recopie des fichiers (photos, musique) qui sont sur des partitions différentes de celle du système. Après je ne sais à quel point les corruptions de fichiers sont fréquentes et quels sont leurs effets sur les perfs d'une machine.

Je lance un bench et je vous donne le résultat.

J'ai oublié : Le kernel task prend 1,5% du CPU, 62 threads et 180Mo de RAM.

Soit un score total de 2395.

Xbench :

Le score total est de 143,58.

Il s'agit d'un MBP Late 2008 mais il se défend encore pas trop mal...
 
Dernière solution en ce qui me concerne :

Dans le terminal tape :

ls -al /

Regarde la ligne drwxrwxr-t et vérifie que y a bien écrit : root admin

Si ce n'est pas le cas tape :

sudo chown root:admin /

c'est cette ligne qui me parait très suspect, avec les manip ci-dessus ça devrai être bon

J'ai lancé dans le terminal : sudo chown root:admin /

Mais la roue au redémarrage est toujours là... Par contre l'extinction est toujours aussi rapide.

Quand tu as rentrer la ligne sudo chown as tu rentré ton mot de passe ?

Puis validé par entrer ( quand tu tape le mot de passe le curseur ne bouge pas )

Dans la console, as tu toujours la ligne que je te mentionné plus haut ?

On voit clairement le temps fou que ça prend, il cherche jusqu'à que le temps alloué soit dépasser, mais toi ça te fait une sacré allonge de temps de démarrage.

Avant de continuer à tout casser, tu n'as pas remarqué que les premières lignes que tu donnes concerne toujours VmWare :siffle:
Fais une recherche de ses éléments sur ton disque. Ils doivent se trouver quelque part dans /Library (ou /Bibliothèque) et dans <ta maison>/Library :zen:
Et regarde dans /Préférences système/Comptes les éléments lancés au démarrage de ta session.

J'espère que tu plaisante. La manip a faire avec un problème de ce type est clairement celle citée ci-dessus.

Si tu aurai lu mes postes précèdent, j'ai déjà donné comme conseil de démarré en mode sans échec ( donc ta manip est inutile )

Oui il est vrai que les lignes de la console que j'ai données datent avant la désinstallation de VMWare mais cette dernière n'a rien changé en terme de temps de démarrage.

Concernant les items au démarrage, ils sont trois et c'est moi qui les ai choisis.

Il ne reste plus rien de VMWare.

J'avais voulu tester les drivers CUDA, ce n'est pas ce qui me prend le plus de temps au démarrage mais comme il n'y a pas beaucoup d'applis compatibles, peut-être vaudrait-il mieux les supprimer.

Je n'ai pas le répertoire indiqué pour le daemon cupsd et pas de message d'erreur pour autant.
Y a-t-il d'autres messages dans les journaux de CUPS (voir dans /var/log/cups) ?

Il y a aussi une ligne dans la console sur laquelle je fais des recherches :

Il s'agit de la première, il y a quand même 22 secondes d'attente pour la suivante...
 
La première des deux lignes correspond au nouveau daemon installé par Apple pour mettre à jour son anti-virus. Possible qu'il prenne un peu de temps à se connecter, vérifier s'il y a du neuf, l'installer si c'est le cas etc.
 
Comment vérifier autrement si des mises à jours sont dispo que par 'Software Update'? Je ne vois pas ce qu'il faut installer...

Et par hazard, Pompi, as-tu une idée sur ce qui s'est passé sur le gain de temps à l'extinction suite à la création d'un second compte?
 
Si tu veut forcer la MAJ il faut taper dans le terminal :

sudo /usr/libexec/XprotectUpdater

Tu peut également vérifier que les mises a jours ce font automatiquement :

Préférence système/ Sécurité/ Général/ Cocher Mettre à jour automatiquement la liste de téléchargements sûrs

Disons que pour l'extinction, c'est aussi lié aux programmes qui sont lancés pour la session en cours. Mais si tu avais ouvert les deux sessions, je ne vois pas trop pourquoi ce serait plus rapide.

Quant aux mises à jour, que veux-tu vérifier ? Tu peux utiliser la commande en mode texte (softwareupdate -l) mais c'est la même chose. En mode texte. :)
