Redémarrage intempestif

Bonjour à tous,

Une de mes connaissances possède un Mac book pro (je suis incapable de vous en donner les spécifications techniques, ne l'ayant pas sous la main, et la connaissance en question n'y connaissant rien...) qui depuis une semaine reboot de manière intempestive.

Parfois il tient une heure, parfois 5 minutes. L'écran se gris peu à peu pour finalement annoncer un message d'erreur demandant de redémarrer le portable en laissant enfoncer le bouton power quelques secondes.

N'étant pas très doué sur mac je n'ai pas pu y faire grand chose hormis copier / coller le rapport d'erreur puis me l'envoyer par mail, que je vous mets ci dessous.

Si quelqu'un avait une solution pour moi, ne serait-ce que m'indiquer s'il s'agit d'un soucis de processeur (je doute qu'il s'agisse de surchauffe, la batterie semble niquel, testé branché et débranché...). Je précise aussi que nous n'avons pas pu envoyer le rapport d'erreur.

Salut,
Ouvre l'utilitaire de disque et fais une réparation des permissions.
Installe Onyx (google : onyx mac) et fais la partie nettoyage.
Sinon essaye de sauvegarder tes données et réinstaller L'OS avec le CD. J'avoue que j'ai jamais rencontré ce problème.
