Le plus simple, à mon avis, les vcard pour les contacts et l'IMAP pour récupérer ton couurier depuis une autre appli ou un autre OS.
Plus élégant, peut être, ceci paru en septembre sur la liste :

Recently purchased Office:Mac upgrade to use Entourage for mail. I accomplished importing files from Mail, but cannot find way to export addresses from Mail in order to import into Entourage. Suggestions please?

To export the adresses from the osx adress book, mark all entries and drag them over to entourage´s adress book. That´s it.

To transfer apple mail mbox-mail-files, click on the mbox-file (to be found in /users/<your user name>/library/mail/), control-click package information of your choice, then transfer the "mbox" file in the folder with the mail content to either entourage or your desktop, in terms you want to rename it first. The other files are aplles index and content files, you don´t need for import.
