Kernel panic sur PM G5 mono 1.8 > DD IDE soupçonné

Bonjour,

j'ai acheté il y a qqes jours un G5.

La personne qui me l'a vendu, qui semble plutôt sérieuse et qui semble être un crack en informatique, m'a installé un disque IDE qu'il avait, en plus du SATA d'origine. Il a fallu bricoler un câble d'alim pour l'ajouter à celui du DVD, mais je l'ai vu faire : c'est du costaud.

Néanmoins, j'ai eu plusieurs kernels panic, et plusieurs fois j'ai eu aussi le disque IDE qui a disparu du bureau avec un message "le périphérique a été retiré blabla" (comme quand on enlève une clef USB comme un bourrin). J'ai rappelé le vendeur. Il me dit que ce G5 n'avait jamais eu de KP, que çà pourrait bien en effet venir du DD IDE. Peut-être celui-ci a-t'il un défaut ou n'est pas bien supporté par le G5.
Sachant qu'à l'origine, il n'est prévu qu'un seul périph IDE sur les PM G5 (enfin je suppose puisque une seule alim), ça pourrait venir de là. Ou le câble qu'il a fait serait défaillant (mais ça serait surprenant), ou ce DD aurait un défaut (cependant Utilitaires de disque n'a rien vu).
Pour l'heure, sur son conseil, j'ai débranché ce DD (nappe et alim) et je vais tourner qqes jours pour voir si les KP continuent.
En attendant, il n'est peut-être pas inutile de tâcher de décrypter les KP. COmme Leopard les garde en mémoire (c'est bien pratique !) je vous les copie ci-dessous.

Je mets les .panic et le .crash. Y-a-t'il un intérêt à ce que j'ajoute aussi les .error.log et .server.log ?

Ben c'est déjà bien défini comme endroit qui pose problème.

Après, ce que je peux faire, tester ce DD IDE (ou ATA, je ne sais pas pourquoi ça porte 2 noms différents pour la même technologie, et je sais pertinement qu'en 5 minutes wikipédia me le dirait) sur un autre ordi (donc nappe et alim différentes, et système différent.
Tester ce DD sur le même ordi en le plaçant à la place du DVD (donc même nappe mais connecteur différent), tester avec une autre nappe, un autre connecteur d'alim, etc…
Et peut-être trouver le CD Apple Hardware Test pour PowerMac G5 à prêter près de Lille (ou qu'une bonne âme me transmettrai en image disque via un FTP mais ça va peser un poids faramineux, crains-je.)

Dites, j'ai remarqué que le DD IDE qui psoe ce problème n'a pas de cavalier insiquant son état master/slave. cela peut il expliquer son comportement ? J'ajoute qu'il me semble qu'il m'a fait un des ses KP alors qu'il était seul sur la nappe.

Et voici un autre élément à ajouter : j'ai un un KP à l'instant avec un autre DD IDE dont je pense qu'il est fiable puisque ça fait des années qu'il tournait sur mon G4 sans poser de problème.

Donc le problème ne viendrait à priori pas du DD iDE, mais d'autre chose.

Mais quoi ? Nappe ? Alim ? Trucmuche ? Là je sèche.
