MacBook Pro Macbook pro mi-2012 très lent et surchauffe régulièrement

Bonjour à tout le monde,

Je viens ici pour tenter de régler un problème qui m'éviterai sans-doute de racheter un ordinateur neuf tout de suite et reporter cet achat de quelques années. Cela fait 1 ou 2 ans que mon macbook pro mi-2012 chauffe énormément (aux allentours de 95° selon MacFans Control) et le CPU est surchargé à la moindre action. Enfin, mes 16Go de ram sont constamment presque tous utilisés (même lorsque très peu d'applications sont ouverte). J'ai pas mal custom mon os (Cdock, TotalFinder, NightHowl, Moom...) et je suspecte ces customs de bouffer toutes les capacités de mon ordinateur (bien qu'elles n'aparraisent que très bas dans le moniteur d'activité...)

Bonjour,

Je te suggère une clean install : donc tu sauvegardes tout, tu formates, tu réinstalles Mojave, puis tu n'installes que les applications qui te sont utiles.
Exit tes trucs pour custom, exit CMM, exit uBlock/adblock et consort (remplace les par wipr), etc.
Et vois déjà comment se comporte ta machine.

Il y a tellement de choses à dire ici... mais une : ce n'est pas étonnant que ton Macbook soit au bord de l'explosion, vu tout ce qui tourne dessus.

La première chose qu’il me viens en tête est que tu as installé trop de logiciels inutiles.

pour ce qui est de la ram est elle surchargé car tu vois que les 16gb sont utilisés ou car la pression sur la ram est excessive dans le graphique en bas à gauche du moniteur d’activité ? (Car seul ce second cas est important )

pour les temps si elles sont toujours élevés après restauration système tu peux tenter de demonter ton mac pour passer un coup de bombe à air sec, notamment sur les ventilateurs et le radiateur.

si ça ne marche toujours pas songe à changer la pate thermique du cpu.

Et je rejoins Sly54. A ce stade il faut repartir de zéro.

Le mien de MBP mi 2012 tourne comme un charme avec un petit SSD et 12Go de Ram, mais (ça m'arrive rarement) j'étais parti d'une clean-instal.
