J'ai reformaté et ça a bien fonctionné !Tu as écrasé ton disque Macintosh HD avec une copie du disque recovery (OS X Base System), c'est une fausse manip courante.
Est-ce que ton Mac démarre avec les touchers Alt-Cmd-R ? Arrives tu sur l'écran aux 4 utilitaires ?
Si oui, tu n'as qu'à reformater ton disque avec l'Utilitaire disques.

Ton iMac a 2 disques internes : SSD de 28 Go & HDD de 1 To. Ces 2 disques devraient se trouver associés par leur partition principale grâce à un procédé logiciel Fusion Drive. Lequel permet d'exporter un espace-disque virtuel unique > bénéficiant de la vitesse du SSD et de la capacité de stockage du HDD. Ce qui n'est pas actuellement le cas > car les 2 disques sont séparés. Chacun ayant une partition principale de type apfs > exportant un Conteneur distinct.
- par ailleurs > l'OS Sierra ne supporte pas d'installation à destination d'un volume de format apfs > mais de format jhfs+ (Mac OS étendu journalisé) standard. De surcroît > les composants de réinstallation de Sierra sont invalides sur le serveur Apple de récupération.
