MacBook Air Votre ordinateur a redémarré en raison d'un problème

Bonjour,

Je possède un MacBook Air sur lequel j'ai voulu installer la mise à jour MacSierra hier. Lors du téléchargement, la barre de téléchargement est restée bloquée à un certain niveau. Le lendemain matin, l'écran était complètement noir et il y avait juste mon curseur.
J'ai donc éteint mon ordinateur en maintenant la touche power enfoncée. Au moment de rallumer mon ordinateur, j'entre mon mot de passe et le message suivant s'affiche puis on me dit que mon ordinateur a redémarré en raison d'un problème.

Comment puis-je résoudre ce problème ?

Salut

Peux-tu démarrer en mode Recovery (cmd+r lors du boot)
Puis quand s'affiche pa gage avec 4 choix, dans le menu en haut à gauche tu cliques sur Utilitaires/Terminal et tu tapes la commande :
diskutil list

et tu fais un copier des résultats.
Tu quittes le terminal puis dans le menu à 4 choix, tu cliques sur "Obtenir de l'aide"
Là tu ouvres un navigateur et tu peux te connecter au forum macg pour faire un coller du résultat ci-dessus, de préférence entre balises Code :

Concernant les sauvegardes, je ne sais pas si vous parlez sur le cloud ou sur autre chose. En tout cas je n'en ai pas fait sur le cloud.

Peux-tu refaire maintenant un :
df -H

Je parlais plutôt de Time Machine sur un disque externe.

As-tu un disque externe disponible?
Sinon et si tu veux récupérer tes données avant de tenter une réinstallation, je te conseille d'en acheter un et de revenir ici quand tu l'auras.
 
Donc tu branches le DDE, puis tu donnes les retours de :
diskutil list
et
df -H

Je reviens dans 1 ou 2 heures.

Peux-tu le rebrancher, puis redonner les résultats des commandes?

Donc un petit souci. Le formatage de ton DDE ne convient pas.
Il faudrait le reformater -> perte des données.
Sinon attendre demain et en acheter un nouveau (500 Go suffisent).

Pour le formater, pas de soucis, on peut le faire via le terminal depuis le mode Recovery.
Avant cela peux-tu passer la commande :
diskutil repairVolume disk21
et donner les retours
